A mid allegations Samsung engineering evidence presented against Apple, the new company CEO Steve Jobs left out of this success to convince the court in the Netherlands Galaxy smartphone sales banned in several European countries.

The court found that Samsung had violated Apple's patent relates to technology 'Portable Electronic Device for Photo Management'. This patent covers various aspects of user interfaces for gesture photo gallery and use the touch screen to navigate around the user interface.

Samsung certainly is not satisfied with this decision. Companies from South Korea recently promised to exert all efforts including continued legal action to assure that there will be no disruption to sales tools.

Patent war between Samsung vs. Apple in the courts of Europe seem more exciting. Previously, courts in Germany was banned 10.1 Tab Galaxy sold in Europe but then pulled it out.
