How the fate of Apple after Steve Jobs is no longer served as CEO? Should be recognized, Jobs had a great service that make Apple's gadget that conjured debuted with the wider community.

Jobs positions replaced Tim Cook. Although considered not able to match the charisma Jobs, many parties claim it is the right person. Apple was perhaps the conditions will not be much different under his leadership. Moreover, Jobs is still behind the scenes as the Chairman of the Board of Apple.

"He (Jobs) will become chairman and his health is pretty good if he could give advice. So we are still far from a situation like what Apple and their products without the influence of Steve Jobs," said Charles Golvin, an analyst at Forrester Research

Apple officials were deemed qualified to maintain the company's success. It's just that it still will change with the retirement of Jobs as CEO.

"They're stringing a great man, Phil Schiller, Tim Cook, Eddie Cue, Scott Forstall ... that will change is their previous collaborative work with Jobs as the biggest decision makers. Now they have to work more collaboratively because I'm not sure Cook is someone who can Jobs equal role, "added Charles.

Jobs's departure would provide a challenge for Apple. From Computerworld, Thursday (25/08/2011), there is a kind of 'magic' is lost in the absence of longer Jobs as Apple CEO.

"Companies who lost iconic leaders, such as when Thomas Watson Jr. IBM retire or leave Disney when Walt Disney or Microsoft without Bill Gates, the company is undergoing a transition of this sort of magical power loss," said Rob Enderle, an analyst of the Enderle Group.

"Apple with Jobs is something magical. Without this sort of leader you can not perform miracles. Tim Cook is not capable of doing the same thing," he said.

However, Apple is believed to still be fine without Jobs leadership. "Apple is fine and will remain so. Apple knows what they are doing for the next big thing," the opinion of Ezra Gottheil, an analyst with Technology Business Research.
