Samsung is not allowed to sell the Galaxy Tab 10.1 Germany as it is considered very much like the iPad 2. Similarly, the final court decision Dusseldorf, Germany which announced Friday.

The ruling also said Samsung is not allowed to sell the tablets in the EU countries, despite the sales division of Samsung devices that are allowed to sell in those countries.


"We are disappointed with this decision and strongly believe it will limit consumer choice in Germany," said Samsung spokesman as reported by PC World, Saturday (10/09/2011).

No thanks, Samsung spokesman said it would appeal the verdict.

Previously, Apple had indeed scored an important victory in its legal suit against Samsung. The initial decision in the German courts have banned Samsung sold 10.1 tablets Galaxy throughout the European Union except the Netherlands. And the initial decision that has now final.

Unfortunately for Samsung, South Korea-based company also had to postpone the sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 Australia for the same reason. Apple is also currently trying to block the sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 United States.

As we all know, Apple sued Samsung in April 2011 with accusations of South Korean vendors are outright mimic Apple's product design. Especially in this line of mobile phones and tablet Galaxy Galaxy.
